The Purpose for the Project
Welcome to the Homepage of the Heritage Flag Project. This project was designed to bring the world to the students of Heritage Middle School by documenting the travels of 8 different Heritage Flags.
Information about the Project: This section contains information on how the project got started. Information includes how the size and names of the Heritage Flags were chosen. Heritage students from two different classrooms helped determine the final decisions. Go to this section to find out more.
The Flags: This section contains a page for each Heritage Flag. Within each page, there are photo journeys taken with that particular Flag.
Future Travels: This section contains future travel plans for each Flag. It will change constantly as new travel plans happen. I know we have some pretty exciting upcoming trips for some of our Flags. Future destinations include New York City, Chicago, Washington DC, Savannah, Scotland, Italy, and France.
How Can You Get Involved?: This section contains information one can use to become a part of the project.
Whether you take a Flag on a journey or just spend some time looking over the various trips each Flag attends, we hope you enjoy this project immensely.
